1. Conceptual design creation - including :
- Project conception ;
- Functional model;
- Virtual (2D or/and 3D) prototype;
- 3D Rapid Prototyping using FDM technology (3D Printing).

2. 3D modeling:
- Creating high complex solid and surface 3d models, based on classical 2D drawings;
- Creating high complex solid and surface 3d models, based on a real parts;
- Creating 2D or/and 3D motion simulation;
- Creating full drawing (2D) documentation.

3. Rapid Prototyping (3D Printing - creating real 3D plastic models, using FDM technology).

4. 3D Laser Scanning.

5. Resource saving technologies:
- Technologies, machines, equipment and systems for plastic deformation processing;
- Theory and practice in high complex TOOL Profile Shaping;
- Tooling;
- Designing of High effective resource saving technologies, equipment and CUTTING tools for Shaping of High complex surfaces;
- Designing of High effective resource saving technologies, equipment and ROLLING tools for Shaping of Rotational shaped, Helical and other complex surfaces including Threads, Warms and Warm wheels, Grooves, Gear wheels, etc.

6. Expert and Consult activities and support.

     In whole specter of activities and projects, our laboratory uses High-End CAD/CAM systems, computer technologies, specialized software products for mathematical and statistical research.
